The weekend-long event featured performances from Chris Brown, Lil Baby, Yung Bleu and DJ Fresh on the first night. The second night was a Young Money reunion featuring Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Big Tymers and more. As of this report, Drake has not made a formal announcement about OVO Fest 2025.

The news about OVO Fest comes after Drizzy fueled the hype for his upcoming solo album. Before the concert, Drake posted a series of photos and captioned the post, "I C E M A N." Fans believe the post was a clue about the title of his upcoming LP. In his post, Drake included a photo of former NBA star George Garvin's No. 44 jersey, who earned the nickname "The Iceman" during his career. Some people also pointed out the parallels between Drizzy and the Marvel superhero named "Iceman," whose real name in the X-Men comics is "Bobby Drake."
