First- term senator Tommy Tuberville is today's Donkey Of The Day! During a rally held by former President Donald Trump this past Saturday, he gave his support of the republicans on the ballot for November’s elections. While giving his support, he also made statements about the Democratic nominees.
According to Tuberville the democratic party are “pro-crime “ and favor reparations for the descendants of people who were enslaved in the US because they believe “the people that do the crime are owed that”. He continues to add, "They want crime because they want to take over what you got. They want to control what you have. They want reparations because they think the people that do the crime are owed that. Bulls**t. They are not owed that."
What's interesting is that the FBI statistics last week stated that violent crime has decreased by 1% in the US since 2021 and although the known offenders are 50.8% white, and 29.6% were black or African-American, to Tuberville this changes nothing.
Some donkey of the day just write themselves! No matter what state you’re in, make sure you educate yourself on the nominations on the ballot in your state for this year’s elections!
