The Breakfast Club Reacts to The 2021 BET Hip-Hop Awards


The annual BET Hip Hop Awards went down last night with performances from Latto, Bia, Baby Keem, Nelly + more!

The night was filled with incredible moments such as Tyler The Creator taking home the "Cultural Influence Award" & "Hip-Hop Album of The Year" for "Call Me If You Get Lost". Nelly also was one of the biggest winners of the evening being honored for his work and impact on the game with the "I Am Hip-Hop Award".

When it came to the cyphers Fivio Foreign, Toosii, D Smoke, Kidd Ken, Lakeyah, Symba, Erica Banks were all featured rapping over DJ Khaled's "EVERY CHANCE I GET" beat from his latest album. Weighing in on the cyphers The Breakfast Club gave props to Lakeyah, Kidd Ken + a few other names for bodying their cyphers.

"She was snapping but I don't understand why everyone was rapping over the one DJ Khaled beat, I guess I never noticed because the Premo beat was an original beat" - Charlamagne.
