Fat Joe Reveals That He Tried To Squash The Beef Between Ja Rule & 50 Cent

After dropping his new single "Yes" featuring Cardi B and Annuel AA, Fat Joe stopped by The Breakfast Club this morning to talk about his upcoming album, sharing what Cardi B means to the Bronx and even revealed he tried to end the 50 Cent/ Ja Rule beef.

Having Cardi B on his new record feels like a real moment for Joe as the Bronx Hip-Hop legend explained what Cardi B means to those from the borough. Sharing why Cardi's come up was so different than everyone else's he had this to say:

"the thing thats so unique about Cardi B with this whole social media is that people fell in love with her as a person and then she made hot music, it all fell into place"

During the Interview Fat Joe proclaimed 50 Cent the king of beefs before sharing a story about how he once tried to help squash the beef between Irv Gotti, Ja Rule & 50 Cent. Trying to bring them all out to a concert together, things quickly went south as Joe explains:

"I almost squashed the beef, I was going to bring them both out to a concert, 50 was going to do it, and then they went bad on me, Irv & Ja went bad on me, saying the beef is till we die" going on to say "them guys they going to be going 80 years old giving speeches about each other somewhere, nah they going, I don't want that"
