There's a chance Kim Kardashian's fourth child could have a name that's actually found in a phone book!
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! with her sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian Monday night (April 1), the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star opened up about her process of picking a name for her soon-to-arrive son, before sharing that she's thought about naming him after one of her siblings.
"We all weigh in [on the name]," Kim explained to Jimmy. "I definitely take a family survey, but it’s usually after the baby’s born and we’re trying to figure out what the baby looks like. I usually go about three or four days nameless until I feel that it really connects with me."
While the mom-of-three admitted that she typically doesn't lock-in a name until after her child arrives, she said she usually has a few in mind before their arrival. For baby number four, Kim admitted that she's thought about naming him after her brother, Rob Kardashian.
"I was truthfully thinking about just naming him Rob, [after] my brother," Kim explained. "But then it’s like, North, Saint, Chicago, Rob," she said with a blank look on her face, emphasizing that the name Rob would not fit with her other children's unique names. "It doesn’t really go. I really was feeling that, or Robert. And my brother approved it, so that’s our one kind of name. I like Rob West." Kim added: "I was Googling Armenian boys’ names last night, and I couldn’t really find anything."
While the business mogul's baby name process may be more tedious than some, nothing compares to the out-of-the-box way Kourtney names her kids. "I did [a name] a week the last time," the mom-of-three recalled of naming her youngest son Reign. "I would try out a different name on different days. The whole day. One day, Reign, his name was Preston for one full day. I was, like, 'I know in my soul his name is Reign,' and Scott [Disick] didn’t believe me."
