Another resident of Florida receives Donkey Of The Day today for a drug-related offense. Charlamagne crowns Kennecia Posey, 26, of Fort Pierce was arrested after swerving in the roadway. Officers searched the passengers and found marijuana and a bag of cocaine in Posey's purse. When police pulled out the bag of drugs Posey looked up at the sky and decided to blame the windy weather, saying that the bag must have blown it in there. Florida, ladies and gentlemen... Florida.
