Fabolous is facing up to 10 years in prison after being charged with aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat, both in the third degree. Fab punched his longtime girlfriend Emily B in the head seven times causing severe damage to her two front teeth and sent her a text message that he would hit her with a baseball bat. Her brother and father went to Fab and Emily B's home to remove two handguns he had in the house. Video footage was recorded of Fab saying he had a bullet with Emily B's father's name on it. After turning himself into authorities, Fab was released on a citation.
