DJ Clue is praising Lil Wayne for allowing him to contribute to his brand-new album.

On Friday, June 6, Lil Wayne delivered his 14th studio album Tha Carter VI. The 19-track album contains contributions from various, well-known hitmakers including Power 105.1's DJ Clue. The New York native teamed up with European beatmakers Rizzo and Amiri to produce "Loki's Theme," On the track, Weezy uses a rapid-fire flow to drop braggadocio bars over a hard-hitting, rock-inspired instrumental. Soon after the album arrived, Clue took to social media and thanked Wayne for the opportunity to work with him.

"Thanks & Appreciate You Trusting The Vision 🙏🏾" Clue wrote. "I been working…Got Some Heat On 'Carter 6'."

DJ Clue has cooked up a slew of unforgettable beats over the years, from JAY-Z's "Dope Man" to Lil Mo's "Superwoman Part II" with Fabolous. In addition to Clue, Wayne also recruited other talented producers like Boi-1da, Wyclef Jean, DVLP, RedOne, Ben Billions, Infamous, Wheezy and others to throw down beats for the album.

Tha Carter VI holds stand-out tracks like his collaboration with BigXthaPlug, "Hip-Hop" featuring Jay Jones as well as "Bells" and "Banned From NO."
