Young Thug will not be jailed after posting a photo that was believed to have breached his probation.

According to TMZ, the Atlanta-born rapper revealed the identity of Fulton County Investigator Marissa Viverito in a post shared to X on Thursday (April 3) that has since garnered over two million views. Thug referred to the investigator as the "biggest liar in the DA office," which led to a "wave of threats" imposed upon her and her family. Despite causing a stir, the post was not enough for the rapper to be locked up as it did not violate his probation.

Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis "asked the judge to revoke Thug's probation" after the post was shared, to which the judge decided: "Having reviewed the terms and conditions of Defendant's probation imposed by this Court, the Court declines to revoke Defendant's probation based on the violation asserted."

The "Go Crazy" rapper was released from jail in October 2024 after receiving a "plea deal in the YSL RICO case," per TMZ, and will remain on probation for the next 15 years.
