Detroit Lions rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold shared a video of himself falling down a flight of stairs at his home during what he described as "a rough morning."

Arnold was seen looking at his phone and grabbing the railing before his right leg appeared to give out, causing him to trip and slide down an entire staircase, as shown on footage captured by his Vivint security camera. The cornerback hit the top stair with his right heel instead of the ball of his foot before his lower back hit what appeared to be a carpeted staircase.

Fortunately, Arnold appeared to be uninjured during the accident, sitting in disbelief on the bottom stair after taking a fall and sharing three laughing emojis to acknowledge the humorous situation.

Arnold was selected by the Lions at No. 24 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft and signed a four-year, $14.34 million contract, which included a $7.25 fully guaranteed signing bonus last offseason. The former Alabama standout made 15 starts in 16 total appearances during his rookie season, recording 60 tackles, 10 passes defended and one fumble recovery.

Arnold was a First-team All-American and First-Team All-SEC selection during his final season at Alabama, as well as a Freshman All-American and Freshman All-SEC selection in 2022.
