Wendy Williams shared her thoughts about Diddy's ongoing legal troubles as the imprisoned mogul prepares for his trial.

On Thursday morning, January 16, the revered talk show host called into The Breakfast Club to talk about her struggles with the conservatorship she's been trapped in since 2022. During the conversation, her good friend Charlamagne Tha God asked her how she felt about the sexual assault and racketeering allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs. Williams, who has her own controversial past with the Bad Boy Records founder, is convinced that Combs "will go to prison for life."

"You don’t know things that I do about Diddy back in the day," she said. "It’s about time people. Diddy done!”

Williams was one of the first public figures to call out Combs over his sexuality in the late '90s. According to Charlamagne, the radio host was fired from her position after she reportedly posted a photo of the rapper allegedly engaged in sexual activity with another man.

“Wendy’s whole thing was Diddy was gay,” Charlamagne said on Andrew Schulz’ Flagrant podcast last year. “That’s why Wendy got fired. Wendy got fired from Hot 97 by Diddy ’cause that’s when Bad Boy was smoking hot. She got fired for putting that out there.”

Combs was arrested last year and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnapping. He pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. He's currently preparing for his trial in May. Soon after his arrest, Williams felt vindicated and called the video of him beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie "horrific."

“What is really weird is that I have been told by so many people, ‘Wendy, you called it,'” she told the Daily Mail. “Including some people from my family who have said the same.”

“But now you have to think, how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible,” she added.
